Zara shopper finds 'ultimate' dupe for Kim Kardashian's SKIMS shapewear saving over £58

A Zara shopper praised the brand’s “ultimate” dupe of Kim Kardashian’s SKIMS shapewear line after they brought out a long-sleeved High Neck Bodysuit. Made from Nylon and elastane, the bodysuit comes in at £17.99 which saved the shopper just over £58.

In a video uploaded to @georgiamils43’s TikTok account, she showed off her purchases. She captioned the video: “I was unsure about making this because skims dupes have become so oversaturated but these ARE a dupe I promise.”

Georgia can be seen unpackaging her purchases in the video before showing off the top. In the video she wrote: “PSA. Zara have come out with the ultimate SKIMS dupe. Run (with three running girl emojis).

“Wait till the last clip you can see how perfect the material is.”

Georgia bought the bodysuit in grey and another in black. Zara also sells a beige-pink version of the item.

The item is an alternative to SKIMS’ Essential Mock Neck Long Sleeve Bodysuit which comes in at £76. Zara shoppers could save a total of £58.01 when buying the dupe.

Georgia lauded her Zara find

Her video racked up over 412,000 views, 39,100 likes and 97 comments. Zara shoppers couldn’t believe their luck at the finds.

One person wrote: “Zara trip it is.”

Another said: “GIRL RUN AND BUY IT NOW.”

The SKIMS original costs a whopping £76

A third commented: “Need a try on asap,” while several others asked Georgia for the code. One keen viewer even suggested: “They need to release a skims dress dupe now.”

Elsewhere Primark are tackling the skincare revolution by releasing dupes of high-end luxury brands. Uploaded to the TikTok account @emilysnotinparis, viewers can see in the video the additions to the PS…Skin collection at the budget shop.

Emily showed off the items which are potential dupes for more expensive products. These included PS… Skin Tiger Grass Colour Correcting Treatment costing £5 (an alternative for Dr Jart’s Cicapair Tiger Grass Colour Correcting Treatment, £37); PS...Skin Glycolic Body Peel at £4 (a dupe for Drunk Elephant’s T.L.C. Glycolic Body Lotion, £26); and PS…Skin Retinol Body Treatment for £5 (a dupe for Paula’s Choice Skin Smoothing Retinol Body Treatment, £33).
