Reno Police Investigating Fatal Rollover Crash on Lemmon Drive | News

At 6:55 p.m. the Reno Police Department, Washoe County Sheriff’s Office, Truckee Meadows Fire Department, and REMSA responded to a single vehicle rollover near Lemmon Drive and Deodar Way.

A red Ford pick-up truck was driving north on Lemmon Drive and failed to stay in the travel lane. They drove off the road to the right then crossed back over to the left, causing the truck to roll over.

The driver was ejected and pronounced dead at the scene.

Lemmon Drive was closed while the Reno Police Department M.A.I.T. (Major Accident Investigation Team) investigated the crash scene.  It re-opened around 12:15 in the morning on October 1, 2023.

Investigators say they believe speed was a factor.
