His siblings that passed away before him were as follows: Maurice (Ann) Goggin, Helen (James) Willard, Theresa (John) Burke, William (Celeste) Goggin, Catherine (Walter) Sullivan, and Thomas Goggin. The departed son of Harriet (Tennihan) Goggin and John Goggin, who passed away. She is also survived by a large number of nieces, nephews, relatives, friends, and the people she worked with.
Jack, who took great pleasure in his “Townie” ancestry, was a member of the Charlestown School Boys Association. He received his diploma from Cathedral High School in the year 1952. earned a football scholarship to attend Northeastern University and graduated from Framingham State College. was awarded a football scholarship. From 1954 until 1956, he was a member of the United States Army and served in Korea. Following his honourable service to his country, he resigned from Boston Edison in 1995 as a district manager in the department of public relations. He had worked for the company for a total of 35 years. He was a dedicated golfer who took pleasure in the companionship of the game as a member of the Royal Crest 100 Club. In addition to his vocation as a professional golfer, he was enthusiastic about the sport.
