On October 4, 2023, around 6:40 p.m., Jeannie Rose Golden went into cardiac arrest while seated in a car parked outside her home on Fairview Road, West Hempfield Township. Tragically, the baby was pronounced dead at the scene at 7:08 p.m. Her mother, Emily Rose Weaver, aged 32, of Columbia, is now facing serious charges, including third-degree murder, involuntary manslaughter, and endangering the welfare of a child.
