Ericka Stivers Obituary, Death – On February 23, 2013, Frank Lee Stivers, who resided at 12737 Copperhead Road, passed away at the age of 76. His parents, John Washington and Hazel Rutledge Stivers, welcomed him into the world on September 17, 1936 in Bloomfield. He spent the majority of his life in the Ottumwa region, with the exception of the thirty-five years that he took up residence in Waterloo.

He worked as a licensed plumber with Carpenter Plumbing in Waterloo. In addition to being an avid fisherman, he was a fan of stock car racing. It was the Floris Baptist Church that he had attended. The following members of his family are still alive: two brothers, Jim (Joanne) Stivers of Ottumwa and Donald Stivers of Florida; a sister, Nancy (Leroy) Sanders of Hedrick.

His extended family, Dawn (Steve, who passed away) Harward and their sons, Charles (Ericka) Harward and Christopher Harward, as well as their five grandkids.
