On July 7, 2013, Elmer and his family relocated to Savannah, Georgia, from their previous location. Elmer was working hard to earn his license in Construction Administration from Georgia Southern University.
Elmer was a student in his third year at the university. He also played intramural football for GSU and was a co-owner of a local construction company. Elmer enjoyed meeting new people and making new friends just as much as he enjoyed listening to music of all genres, exploring new places, and trying out different cuisines. Elmer’s mother, Maria Elena, his father, Elmer, his older sister, Elva Sofia, their grandfather, Noé, their younger brothers, Bryan and Emerson, and their dog, Neo, are all still alive and well.

Elmer enjoyed getting to know new people and making new friends, as well as traveling and trying out new foods, as well as listening to music of all different kinds. Elmer’s mother, Maria Elena, and father, Elmer, as well as his older sister, Elva Sofia, his stepfather, Noe, his two younger brothers, Bryan and Emerson, and their dog, Neo, all survive him.
