The downtown Reno library will be closed for the next few weeks as crews work on renovating its elevator.
The closure will last through Sunday, December 17th with the library expected to reopen on Monday the 18th.
Also, the alley behind the library will be blocked during the closure which will impact access to the book drop-off.
During the closure people can return books to other Washoe County library locations.
Hold pickups will still be available during the closure via lockers in front of the building.
