Dixie Chicks is an American music band that currently has three members Martie Maguire, Emily Strayer, and Natalie Maines. Dixie Chicks was founded with four members, Martie Maguire, Emily Strayer, Robin Lynn Macy, and Laura Lynch, in 1989. Martie Maguire and Emily Strayer are sisters. This music band released their first studio album, Thank Heavens for Dale Evans, in 1990. After Robin Lynn Macy, and Laura Lynch left Dixie Chicks, Natalie Maines was added in 1997. This band's music genre is country. This woman's band won three grammy awards and sold out 33 million albums.
